Vanessa LaRouche, M.D., graduated from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 2019 and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at MSU/MyMichigan Medical Center Alma in 2022.  She joined the core faculty at the program as a board-certified physician in Family Medicine after completion of residency. She became board certified in Lifestyle Medicine in December 2022. She is a life-long Michigander, growing up in Bay City and attending Alma College before medical school. Her husband, Matt, lovingly supports all her work endeavors and helps care for their children: Theodore (Teddy), David, and a surprise 3rd due in winter 2025. They enjoy traveling with family, fishing, kayaking, and swimming in the warm months; pumpkins and scary movies in the fall; and sledding and skiing in the winter.
